The Fortevo AAA Endograft is made of a durable fabric and optimally designed stents for treating a variety of anatomies with a low profile 16-18F OD system.		The Heli-FX Aortic Securement System emulates surgical sutures by providing transmural fixation with helical EndoAnchors™, affixing the endograft to the aorta.

Fortevo AAA Endograft System Procedure

The Fortevo AAA Endograft System treats abdominal aortic aneurysms through an endovascular approach. It consists of the Fortevo Endograft, delivery systems, and HeliFX Aortic Securement System.

The main steps include:

1. Insertion and advancement of the Fortevo Main Body Delivery System from the femoral artery to its position in the aorta. Once in position, the Main Body is partially deployed.
2. The Heli-FX EndoAnchors are then implanted from the contralateral side to secure the Main Body to the aortic wall.
3. The contralateral Iliac Lumen is inserted and deployed in position and locked into place with the Main Body.
4. The Main Body is then fully deployed and the delivery system is removed.
5. The ipsilateral Iliac Lumen is inserted and deployed in position and locked into place with the Main Body.

The Fortevo AAA Endograft System and the Heli-FX Aortic Securement System bear the CE Mark for distribution in the European Union. The Heli-FX Aortic Securement System is cleared by the FDA for distribution in the United States. The Fortevo AAA Endograft System is Investigational Use Only in the United States.
